VIDA provides legal services free-of-charge to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other violent crimes.



VIDA partners with many organizations in South Florida to ensure holistic assistance to underserved and marginalized immigrants.



VIDA is determined to ensure that the stories and experiences of the people served through this work are not forgotten and that by connecting with VIDA those individuals are able to access justice, immigration protections, and overall services..

  • To provide culturally and linguistically appropriate representation in legal matters to immigrant victims.

  • To enhance inter-agency collaboration  with local, state and federal law enforcement, as well as local public agencies, victim service providers, and non-profit faith-based organizations.

  • To improve community response by providing trainings and conducting outreach to the community.
